Project Based Learning
At each level of development, whether working on their own or in teams, we teach our students to solve problems by asking questions, utilizing their own skills and learning new ones. Students are constantly creating works which can benefit themselves and their own communities.

Social Emotional Learning
Our after school routine for kids is geared towards providing a framework of skills from which they can set and achieve goals, show empathy for others, build positive relationships, and make good decisions.

Socratic Method
Asking questions that investigate how we actually know what we think we know is a cornerstone of the Western educational tradition. For students of any age, these types of inquiries are surprisingly effective at switching students’ brains into the ‘on’ position and keeping them that way.
Did we mention that we love Edutopia.org? It’s certainly one of a thousand great resources online, but it is also one of the most interesting to read. Here is an example of how Socratic Method can be a strong positive influence in the classroom.
