"ASF" means a strong foundation.
Our goal is to give all local athletes a strong foundation for future success in athletics.
Youth, ages 8 thru 15, will receive professional instruction twice a week, for 6 weeks. We will focus on proper stretching, core strength, correct running form, agility, and discuss various topics related to current sports.
